Area 1 – Trainings
To study the industry in terms of job opportunity at fresher level, their financial status, employees’ views and policy of hiring.
To collect the data of all industries in India which do campus recruitments.
To set up proper communication channels and maintain rapport with all relevant industries through invitation mails and telephonic calls.
Visiting companies and attending HR meet frequently to maintain rapport.
To keep students abreast with new recruitment pattern, latest trends in technologies, technical competitions, off campus etc. happening at national arena.
Budget and plan preparation well in advance and report preparation after the event.
Arranging various industry institute interaction programs to bridge the gap between them.
Organizing Entrepreneurships awareness programs for the interested students every year with the help of professional trainers/ industrialists.
To organize and conduct campus recruitment process with all infrastructural and lab support.
To collect the feedback from employer and share with all departments for analysis and action.
To accept/ collect offer letters from industries and maintain record of photocopies with original coy to be handed over to selected candidates.
To maintain yearly record of No of industries visited, candidates selected per branch, salary offered, average salary etc.
Conducting weekly Placement meeting and maintaining MOMs and accurate records detailing students, placements and training.
Publishing all activities, achievements and news in social media and brand the college.
Area-2 – Campus Recruitment
To define and decide the areas of improvement of candidates on the basis of industry requirements, feedback of HR’s and rounds of campus recruitment.
To identify and shortlist professional training vendors and fixing the training as per the training and placement calendar.
Individual Counselling for the present final year students and segregate them based on their skills.
To organize the training programs in following areas:-

To monitor and analyze the effect of training periodically.
To plan internal training schedule month wise and conducting the same on daily basis.
Evening classes will be scheduled daily for all eligible students.
