Admission Process and Guidelines

Programmes Offered

• Four Years Under Graduate B.Tech Programmes
• Two Years MBA Programme

Admissions are provisional and subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions prescribed in the prospectus.

Eligibility Criteria

1. B.Tech Programmes (4 Years)

Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 curriculum) prescribed by State Boards / Central Board or any equivalent examination with:

• Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category)
• Aggregate in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry / Computer Science

2. MBA Programme (2 Years)

• Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks
• Admission based on PGCUET score

All admissions are provisional subject to verification of required documents as per prescribed norms.

Fee Payment Guidelines

• All fees must be paid at the time of admission.
• Subsequent semester fees must be paid within 10 days from the beginning of each semester.
• Examination fees must be paid before the last prescribed date.

Fees are payable as per the norms of Pondicherry University and Fee Committee decision applicable for unaided private self-financing engineering colleges.

Scholarship Provision (SC/ST)

SC/ST candidates eligible for Post-Matric / Top Class Scholarships may pay the prescribed fees upon receipt of scholarship amount by submitting an undertaking at the time of admission.

However, fees must be paid within 90 days from the date of admission, failing which admission will be cancelled.

Original Certificates / Documents Required

1. X Std. certificate / mark statement with age proof
2. H.Sc. or equivalent certificate / mark statement
3. Degree / Provisional certificate with mark statements (MBA candidates)
4. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS certificate issued after 1 January 2024
5. SC / ST / PH / Pondicherry / Karaikal Residence certificate (if applicable)
6. Migration / Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate
7. Two recent stamp size color photographs

Hostel Accommodation

Hostel accommodation will be provided to eligible students based on availability of rooms and payment of prescribed hostel fees.

Important Notes

1. College opening dates for first year B.Tech and MBA programmes will be communicated via email and phone.
2. MBA candidates awaiting final semester results may submit mark statements/certificates once received.

Discontinuation & Refund Policy

Students who wish to discontinue must cancel admission directly. Once discontinued, re-admission for the same programme will not be permitted.

Refund of admission fees will be as per UGC norms.
