In order to create awareness on Bio Diversity Conservation and Swatch Bharat programme, Our NSS Team conducted a Beach Cleaning Activity on 8/01/2022 (Saturday) at Pondicherry Rock Beach and 09/01/2022 (Sunday) at Pondicherry Marina Beach
Our Volunteer given a good support and key role for Public for the cleanliness and avoid plastic Disposal on Sea Shores. The programme was commenced and felicitated by our beloved Principal Dr. S. Pradeep Devaneyan. The same is assisted and supported by more Faculties from our College and the following Staff NSS Volunteers and 20 Students volunteers

On the occasion of the Pongal Celebration, Our Team celebrated the event with the cultural Programmes and Pongal Setup for the peace of celebration on occasion of Tamil God SUN on 15.01.2022 at SVCET campus.

To ensure continuous growth and Education in human relations and personal development Rotaract Club was installed at Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering and Technology on 16/02/2022. Along with the installation programme successful project wheel chair distribution was organized. As a service club Rotary’s business is mankind and its product is service.
The programme was commenced and felicitated by our beloved Chairman Shri. B. Ramachandiran, SVCET, Principal Dr. S. Pradeep Devaneyan welcomed the dignitaries of Rotary and Rotaract club and congratulated the Students who became the Rotaract members, Dr.K.B.Jayaraman, Dean felicitated the programme. The same followed by Rtn. G. Manikandan, Dist. Chair Rotaract spoke about the objectives of Rotary and Rotaract club explained to the Students the true definition of a leader in Rotary’s perspective. The same is assisted and supported by Head of the Departments, Faculty members, NSS Coordinators and Volunteers, Admin Staffs and Students were present during the programme.

To create awareness among students about the benefits of tree and to improve the environment, saplings were planted in Sri Venkateswaraa College of Engineering and Technology, Pondicherry, Ariyur on 23.02.22. Prof. S. Mohan, Vice Chancellor Puducherry Technological University, visited the College today to mark the occasion. The event was attended by Prof. Jayaraj, Head of the Department of Computer Science, Pondicherry Technological University, and Dr.Kalpana Dr.Jayabharathi, Dr. Kavita Kumar, and Dr.Sheeba.

On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, Our NSS Team celebrated the Women’s Day program for our Strong SVCET ladies on 08.03.2022 at SVCET campus.
Following that, many events like Quiz competition, Rangoli, Mehandi and Painting were conducted for girl students. After the completion of competitions, Women’s Day Program was conducted in the Virchow Hall, SVGI. In order to create a Green World, Svcet Women Staff with the help of NSS Volunteers implemented a Tree Plantation Event around the Svcet Campus for better tomorrow. The Event was felicitated by Principal Sir, Dean and All the Department Heads.
In order to create awareness among the peoples regarding the World peace, Sri Venkateshwaraa College of Engineering & Technology Clubbed with Art of living together conducted a Meditation program on 20/03/2022 at Pondicherry Marina Beach.

In order to create awareness, 7th April happens to be World Health Day. To mark
This occasion, Our College Student volunteers participated in IWN organized Walkathon from Beach Gandhi Statue on Saturday, 09 April 2022 at 07. 30 hrs. As we are part of IWN Puducherry, It is great on this occasion, to generate awareness to create a healthy lifestyle among the people. Around 25 students participated in this event along with the 2 staff Coordinators. The event was presided over and initiated by Puducherry Governor Dr. Tamilisai with flag.
In order to create awareness, Our College Youth United Council Of India club joined with NSS volunteers conducted an awareness rally on Avoid Plastic On remark of World Paper day on 12/07/2022 at Villinur, Puducherry. On advice of Chairman, the program was initiated by our General Manager Mr. Soundharajan, CEO Mrs Vidhya, Villinur Superintendent of police and the event was presided over by our College Principal and Dean along with all department Heads. Around 100 above volunteers participated in this event.
In cause of social awareness, Our College Management clubbed with our Venkateshwaraa hospital, Ariyur we Conducted a Medical Camp for one week for all students in Vigneshwaraa Higher secondary school, Sedarapet, Puducherry from 21/07/2022 to 27/07/2022.
It is great on this occasion, to generate awareness and health care for school students. Around 500 students participated for general checkup and higher secondary students given Psychiatrist advice. The event was presided over and initiated by our School Principal and our College Principal along with all department Heads.
In order to create awareness, Our College Management clubbed with Primary Health Centre, Ariyur Conduced a Booster Vaccination program for Corona for all volunteers and College staffs in SVCET Campus on 23/07/2022 (Saturday).
It is great on this occasion, to generate awareness and health care for our College Staffs among the work place. Around 50 above volunteers participated in this event. The event was presided over and initiated by our College Principal and Dean along with all department Heads.
In cause of social awareness, Our College management arranged for Meditation and yoga camp for II year and III year students development in regards of Mind relaxation and to face the Academics without stress on 11/10/2022 at SVCET. The event was presided by our College Principal and Dean along with all department Heads
In order to create awareness about Voter ID registration for new voters, Election Department, puducherry conducted a Students Ambassadors training camp in Election Department office, rediyarpalayam on 21/11/2022. Election Literacy Club members of SVCET participated and Coordinated.
In order to create awareness for Voter ID registration for new voters, Election Literacy Club, SVCET clubbed with Election Department, puducherry conducted a camp for new voter registration for 18 year eligible students on 23/11/2022. Around 167 registration done by our students volunteers. The event was presided by our College Principal and Dean along with all department Heads
On occasion of one year completion Rotaract Club in SVCET conducted a annual program regarding the activities and Students ambassadors work. New ambassadors were elected and Guest lecture were given on 22/12/2022. The event was presided by our College Principal and Dean along with all department Heads.
In cause of social awareness, Our College Management clubbed with our Venkateshwaraa hospital, Ariyur we Conducted a Medical Camp for one day for all students in White Angel Higher secondary school, Saram, Puducherry on 23/12/2022.
It is great on this occasion, to generate awareness and health care for school students. Around 180 students participated for general checkup. The event was presided over and initiated by our School Principal and our College Principal along with NSS Team.
